不外，话还要先从包汤圆说起。桌上摆好各种材料：巧克力豆、生果汤、肉沫、鸡块丁、一小包水磨糯米粉和一杯温水。到我和妈妈大显身手的时候了！
我挽起衣袖，有模有样地抓起一小撮糯米粉，在和上几滴水。要软了，不会披发开才算可以。谁知我弄了老半天都没达到尺度。一会儿是太干，一会儿是太稀，一会儿这裂开，一会儿流得像糊糊一样快......哇，真是太难把握了，我有点急切！再弄点粉，再来加些水，在我弄得满手是粉的时候，总算是调出个较满意的汤圆。再用大拇指摁在中间，摁它一圈，做成一个小碗外形。起先我总把它捏成一块“圆盘”，多多尝试后，就慢慢像个样子，能摁出个“小碗”来了。
接着，就要往里头放陷儿啦！这是我最期待的，也是我最急切的。我恨不得把我喜欢的陷儿全包到一个汤圆里去。选择真多呀！包一个鸡块丁的，巧克力豆来一个，包个生果糖，还得弄个带肉沫的......品种繁多，手都有些忙不外来了！枢纽的是要把它们都死死封的面团里，不能它们冒个小头，再逐一搓圆。看着盘子里几十个有大有小的劳动成果，我可是激动万分，真想让它们一下子全变成煮好的汤圆，好赶紧试试我们手艺如何！
一锅新鲜的汤圆终于出锅了。我赶快用筷子夹一个。呵，虽口感不及超市买来的汤圆那么弹，那么有嚼头，但亲手制作的各类别出机杼的汤圆还有一种独特的香味儿！
我风卷残云地吃着，只为等到好运的来临。果然不出所料，连着两个都是又酸又甜的生果糖汤圆，真是“好运连连”啊！

原来，擀饺子皮的关键是两手的配合，先把切好的小面团尽量压扁，然后把双手放在擀面杖的两边，左手负责擀，右手负责转动擀面杖，擀面杖转了，饺子皮也会跟着转，这样就能使擀好的饺子皮又圆又均匀。我又擀了一个，果然比刚才好多了。擀了一个又一个，一个比一个好，现在我的水平可是一级的哦!
