今天我们要去小舅家拜年。说起小舅，真是气人啊，他早不生，晚生也不至于生到我小外婆家，，他今年才11岁，因为背份比我大，所以我得叫他小舅，他开口就叫我小名，真丢人啊！
到了哪，发现他们搬家了，我一踏进们一只北京犬在旁边走来走去，天啊，自从我买了北京犬后我的亲戚都去买了北京犬，有我的小姨、小舅、肖肖姐、表弟，北京犬到底是什么诱惑里啊。我一上楼看见我小舅在打乒乓球，他是把8张他姐姐用来画画小桌子拼成的。我本想上去耍威风，因为我学乒乓球有1年了，他们应该会输的很惨，可没想到小舅的乒乓球技术比我还高，11比7，我输了，幸亏我小姨是乒乓球高手，把小舅1比11大赢了，真厉害，可我真自卑，连一个11岁的小孩都打不过。吃饭是，还是看着小狗饥饿吃不下饭啊！

襄阳的人们每到春节前都要做许许多多的特色美食，比如：大头菜、牛肉面、黄酒。酥肉、炸饺子皮……其中我最喜欢吃的要数牛肉面和炸饺子皮了。
襄阳牛肉面是享有世界声誉的著名菜式。牛肉面的特点是一辣二麻三鲜，汤要好喝，牛肉要好吃。配料下碱面、卤牛肉、牛杂。襄阳牛肉面最大的秘方是中药卤包，最为关键的是汤。襄阳牛肉面，不同于兰州的牛肉拉面。兰州拉面的牛肉片切得够薄，黄澄澄的牛肉汤配上一小撮碧油油的香菜，小小的白芝麻。襄阳的牛肉或多加牛肉，或加上一勺牛杂，吃的、品的是面。面是搁了碱的，但不过分，没有苦涩，只透着面香；前一晚备好面，过水，放水，放油，拌好，摊在大大的竹篾里，第二天一大早，架起两口大锅，一锅白汤，是开水，另一锅红汤，是用牛肉牛杂，放香料、辣椒熬出来的，上面浮着红汪汪的辣油，飘着青青的蒜苗段，纹丝不动，但诱人的香味会扑鼻而来，让你即刻食欲大开。
饺子皮在我的老家是炸着吃的的。先在锅里热油，再把买来的饺子皮放进锅里炸，一直到饺子皮炸至金黄色后就可以起锅了。炸好的饺子皮一定要趁热吃，这样才会够脆，够香。
我吃过许许多多的美食，而我最喜欢的还是我家乡襄阳的美食。

我的家乡在河南省最西边，这里是豫、晋、陕的三省交界处，这样的地理位置造就了这里丰富的美食文化。
春节是一年中最隆重的节日，每到这个时候，家家户户都会使出浑身解数来制作美食，让新年更有“味道”。
在我爷爷居住的灵宝乡村里，冻肉是每年春节必备的美食，每家每户都会提前准备冻肉的原料：肉皮、猪头、猪蹄等，然后清洗干净，在一口大锅里炖四、五个小时，甚至更长。等到过年时，又可以走家串户，相互品尝，谁家的味道更好，谁家的颜色更好。过程中相互学习，邻里关系更加融洽了。
还有一种美食就是花馍，同样的面粉，经过不同人的手，就变成了各种各样的形态，可爱的小白兔，英武的狮子，各种有营养的食材都可以放进花馍里，花生、核桃、大枣、鸡蛋、葡萄干等等。每年，奶奶都会给我们每人蒸一个大大的长糕，希望我们越长越高，长糕由很多很多层组成，一层面饼一层馅，而且还有不重样的花边，很是漂亮。

辛丑年的最后一顿饭，也就是年夜饭，那次，我们真的'满足了舌尖的需求。
年夜饭第一菜：“一帆风顺”。黄瓜挖空，丢水里煮，煮完一旁放着备用。玉米豌豆剥开洗净，胡萝卜切成两半，一半切丁与玉米豌豆一起大火翻炒，撒上盐，酱油，鸡精等调味料，盛在黄瓜里，最后做一片“帆”用牙签插在黄瓜上，完事!最好加上肉丁，会更美味。
难度系数：★★☆☆☆简单。我尝出了田园的味道。
年夜饭第二菜：“四季发财”。西兰花掰开，把刚才没用完的胡萝卜切四片下来，中间挖出，或切出，一个正方形的孔，然后一起丢水里煮。煮完之后摆盘。西兰花意味着招财树，胡萝卜寓意着四季与铜钱。

难度系数：★★★☆☆中等。最好放在压力锅里蒸，不然不好熟。
年夜饭第四菜：“八仙过海”。哪八仙呢?鸡翅八个。哪个海呢?可乐的海。正式名称是可乐鸡翅。我就不多说了，再用香菜点缀。是真的好吃!
难度系数：★★☆☆☆简单。妹妹吃了两个，我大呼好吃。这道菜是春晚放“万象更新”节目时上的。可惜吃完没剩，不然就“年年有余”了。对了，说到年年有余，请看第五菜。
年夜饭第五菜：“年年有余”。鲈鱼(当然其他鱼也可以)，去鳞，去器官，洗净，打花刀，摆上姜丝，我还特意摆了“年年有余”四个字。上锅给它蒸个十几分钟，出锅撒上葱花，热油一泼，OK!
难度系数：★★★☆☆中等。在蒸的过程中，锅忽的一响，等蒸完一看，姜丝全飞了!那四个字也乱了。这是“新年一声雷”?
年夜饭第六菜：“团团圆圆”。春节必备菜!面粉和面，擀成饺子皮。备好馅料，包饺子!大家齐动手，几下全包好!下锅一煮，开吃!
难度系数：★★★☆☆中等。若想饺子包的好，那可真的有点难。可我妈妈却做到了!
此外，还有各种汤汤水水，小小点心，就不一一叙述了。虽然妈妈说太简单，她很内疚，但我们吃得很满足。
