一、部门建设方面：
本学期，生活部设部长1名，副部长1名，伙食管理委员会主任1名，干事11名。开学初，学生会进行了招新活动。因部门性质与工作需要，我部招纳了11名干事，这些干事均为大一新生。工作中他们认真负责，踏实勤恳，较出色的完成了部长们分派的各项任务。但由于生活部人数较多，对人员任务的分配不尽合理，导致部分干事工作目标不明确，缺乏积极性与自主性。下学期我们将更加出色的协调内部工作重心问题。

1、日常工作
定期开展学生会内部成员间的卫生检查；

2、各项活动的展开
为了丰富同学们的校园文化生活，我部主办了宿州学院第二届“我爱我家宿舍文化节”。此次比赛于11月14日在我校西区主教学楼312教室举行，参赛各寝室均为大一新生寝室。从总体上讲，此次活动取得了较为圆满的成功。调动了同学们参加活动的积极性，丰富了同学们课外生活，增强了同学们的寝室集体荣誉感，使同学们在参加活动的`同时更深刻理解了团结合作，内部凝聚力的重要性，使寝室文化精神深入人心。但这次活动也有一定瑕疵，由于前期的准备不太充分造成现场出现了一些突发状况，虽及时处理，但影响了整个比赛的进程，在日后的活动中我们会避免类似状况的发生。
在第一届“校园情景剧”大赛中，由西区选派的两个节目在东区的舞台上虽然未能获奖，但这一次的活动很好地锻炼了两院学生们的现场表演能力，也足以令他们受益匪浅。

二、广泛发动，营造氛围
坚持村民主体，政府引导，广泛发动。将城乡环境卫生整洁行动的过程变为服务群众、依靠群众、获得群众支持、为群众谋利益的过程。以舆论宣传为先导，通过横幅、标语、宣传栏、倡议书等形式广泛宣传发动，发挥村规民约作用，强化村民环境保护意识，提升村民参与城乡环境卫生整洁行动的自觉性、积极性、主动性。使城乡环境卫生整洁行动既深入人心又形成合力，建立各方共谋、共建、共管、共评、共享工作机制。
三、突出重点，强化落实
（一）大力开展农村垃圾治理。
1.将农村生活垃圾治理工作内容扩展至市容市貌整治、污水治理、河道整治、畜禽养殖场和农业面源污染治理等，实现全面铺开，同步推进。年投入300余万元专项资金用于农村环境卫生保洁和农村垃圾处理，已建成垃圾中转站1座，配备垃圾压缩清运车2辆、钩臂式垃圾转运车6辆、垃圾中转箱200个，根据村庄、居民点特点优化布局，合理放置，方便居民投放。并为每个村组配备1-2名专职保洁员，全办3.4万人口共配备保洁员120余名，远远超过上级要求的2‰标准，配齐了保洁车和工具，建立健全了村庄卫生保洁长效机制。现全办农村日产生活垃圾收运处理率已超过90%。
2.在全办范围内开展了以河道、沟渠、公路沿线和村庄周边、房前屋后、公共场所等为重点的陈年垃圾集中清理整治活动。按照每户100元的`标准筹措专项资金用于人居环境整治工作，前期每户60元启动资金已全部拨付到位，共向各村（居）拨款40余万元。每村（社区）选取1-2个自然村作为试点，采取了“划段包干、村（居）带头、群众参与”的办法，进行大规模的集中治理，使村庄和农户庭院干净整洁，环境大为改观。
（二）加强队伍建设，建立长效机制。
一是加强队伍建设。以常住人口2‰的标准配齐配农村强保洁员队伍，对保洁员的服务范围实行网格化管理，目前在岗保洁员有111人，实现所有村组农村保洁全覆盖。同时对保洁员实行动态考评，完善监督考核制度，出台管理办法，通过资金调控措施，建立街道、村（社区）、群众三级监督评比体系，奖优罚劣。同时保障保洁员工资待遇，严格按季兑现，不得拖欠。二是建立长效机制。各村（社区）制订了村规民约、“门前三包”责任制、卫生评比制度、卫生管理公约等各项规章制度，现已基本建成了人员齐备、设施完善、经费有保障的农村生活垃圾治理长效管理机制，覆盖面达到100%。
四、下部工作计划
一是加强村庄规划管理。目前已与市城乡规划局进行了对接，出资30余万元由城乡规划局对西部4个行政村进行总体规划，通过逐村实地查看，重点对道路、排水、小游园等公共设施进行统一规划，待规划完成后逐步实施。
二是持续推进“厕所革命”。要加快户用厕所改造，加快农村公共厕所建设。目前全办非卫生户厕调查登记工作已全部完成，下一步将根据省、市相关部署，按照群众接受、经济适用、维护方便、不污染公共水体的要求，合理确定每户无害化卫生厕所的建设和改造模式。
三是梯次推进农村生活污水治理。根据农村不同区位条件、经济条件、村庄人口聚集程度、污水产生规模等因素，科学合理选择污水处理方式。积极开展农村水环境治理，将农村水环境治理纳入河长制、湖长制管理。
四是积极开展村容村貌整治提升。持续实施道路畅通行动、村庄绿化行动、村庄亮化行动、村庄美化行动和城乡环境卫生整洁行动，建设优美宜居的生产生活生态空间。以全省正在开展的“四美乡村”、“五美庭院”创建活动作为农村垃圾治理的有力抓手，以通、净、绿、亮、文综合整治提升为重点，整合各种资源、强化各项措施，推动村容村貌稳步提升、农村生产生活生态融合发展。

一、政治思想方面：
师德师风建设一直是今年教育界中，一项常抓不懈的工作。当然这项工作，也是我园工作中的重中之重。在这项工作中，让我感受到老师师德师风建设的紧迫性、严峻性。作为一名老师更应提高自身素养，树立职业道德，以高尚的道德风范去影响幼儿，呵护幼儿，当好幼儿健康的引导者和引路人。因此，我在工作中能够提高自身的职业道德修养和素养，遵守《老师职业道德规范》，积极响应园领导的号召，并将其落到工作实处。搞好班级的团结，相互搭配，努力完成园领导交给的任务。
二、保育工作方面：
认真执行卫生保健制度，严格执行消毒工作。每天坚持做好室内外的环境和玩具的消毒工作，把培育幼儿良好的卫生习惯作为卫生保健工作的重中之重。
在平常的工作中，我特别重视幼儿习惯的养成。在班级中我会留心察看幼儿的卫生习惯。在一段时间里，我发觉我们班部分幼儿显现不良的行为习惯如：挥霍水，不认真洗手等问题，我就会利用盥洗、餐前活动时间，引导幼儿节省用水，让他们明白为什么要节省用水，节省用水有什么好处。从小事中向幼儿渗透节省、节俭意识。同时我还利用健康课，通过图片、联系生活实际中手足口病为什么传染，以及他的传染途径。让幼儿明白餐前不认真洗手，手上的细菌不能完全清除，会显现哪些不好的现象。从培育幼儿形成良好的卫生习惯。室内物品摆放整齐，保持桌面、活动室的四角无杂物，以免蚊虫的`繁殖，让幼儿生活在干净、舒适的环境中健康地成长。在日常教学活动中，我积极搭配班级的老师工作，为幼儿准备活动用品，户外活动时，为了加强幼儿的安全意识。活动前我先讲清游戏规定，并教给幼儿一些简单的自我保护的技能。

在家园共建方面，平常，我能热诚对待每一位家长，注意和家长沟通交流。接送孩子时和家长聊上几句，了解一下幼儿在家的表现或挂念一下幼儿的身体情况。我能在幼儿午休期间，紧密关注每一个幼儿的变动，孩子的午休质量，孩子午休期的排汗量，及孩子咳嗽等情况，适时与家长沟通，孩子家长听了以后家长都感觉特别暖和。我们班优秀的孩子很多，很多家长有优秀的育儿阅历，我都会利用家长接孩子期间自动与家长沟通，向家长请教，一起共享孩子的点滴进步，一起探讨现实中的扎手问题，这样共同建立了和谐信任的家园关系。
三、工作中的不足：
回想我的工作，也有很多不足。专业技能孱弱，还需勤加练习。学前教育理论学问匮乏，需要不绝的学习，在学习中贵在坚持。在教学中还存在许很多多的问题。
总之，时间在幼儿的成长中过去了，对于我个人，要学习的东西、学问还有很多，无论是教育还是保育，都是我学习的目标。我要把好的方面坚持住，不够的地方像别人学习，使本身成为一名合格的保育员。
